QwikSweep Terms of Use

QwikSweep assists with inbox triage, draft preparation, and workflow visibility. It does not replace human review, guarantee business outcomes, or send replies without conversational approval from an authenticated user.

Product features may change over time as the service evolves, including supported integrations, workflow controls, and draft behavior.

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of connected workspace information, and the actions taken by users who access your organization.

You are also responsible for reviewing enquiry classifications, Gmail labels, and draft replies before relying on them in your customer workflow.

You may not use QwikSweep to break the law, interfere with the service, misuse third-party data, or attempt unauthorized access to any connected inbox, account, or system.

You must connect only inboxes and data that you are authorized to manage and process.

We aim to keep QwikSweep available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, continuous feature availability, or error-free output at all times.

Maintenance, provider changes, product updates, and third-party outages may affect performance or temporarily limit access.

QwikSweep is provided as an operational tool for assisting with enquiries and drafts. Final decisions, outbound communication, legal compliance, and customer handling remain your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, QwikSweep is not liable for lost opportunities, missed messages, inaccurate classifications, draft wording issues, or service interruptions arising from third-party integrations.
