Facebook, Page, and Messenger data we collect
When you connect Meta services, we collect the Facebook Page name and Page ID, the Meta account or connection identifiers needed to associate the Page with your workspace, Page access credentials, and the Messenger conversations and events delivered to that Page. This can include message text, message metadata, sender or contact identifiers, names, usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, attachments, timestamps, and information users provide through an automated flow. We only request the permissions needed for the features you enable.
Why we collect it
We use this information to authenticate your account, connect and operate your selected Meta Page, receive and send Messenger messages, display conversations in the team inbox, run automated flows, capture enquiries and contact details, route conversations to your team, maintain security, and provide support.
How we store and use it
Meta Media stores account, workspace, Page connection, conversation, contact, enquiry, and automation data in its managed application database. Sensitive Meta access credentials are stored in encrypted form and are used only to operate the connection you authorised. We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Who we share it with
We share data with Meta when necessary to operate the Facebook Page and Messenger integration, and with service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support Meta Media under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public. We do not sell personal information and do not share Facebook or Messenger data for advertising by third parties.
How to request deletion
If you have an account, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm the deletion. This permanently removes your login, profile, memberships, Meta connection credentials, and data belonging only to your workspace. Data in a shared workspace may remain for the other workspace members, but your personal references are removed. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@qwiksweep.com. We will verify the request, disconnect relevant Meta integrations, and delete or anonymise the applicable data subject to legally required retention.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
