QwikSweep Privacy Policy
Last updated
June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how QwikSweep connects to Gmail, uses email content to classify enquiries, applies Gmail labels, and prepares draft replies for real-estate teams. QwikSweep sends an email only after an authenticated user reviews the exact message and gives conversational approval.
By using QwikSweep, you authorize the service to process Gmail-derived data only as needed to operate the product features described on this site and in your workspace settings.
Data we collect
When you connect Gmail, QwikSweep may collect account details such as the connected mailbox address, connection status, OAuth scope metadata, and encrypted token state needed to maintain the integration.
To operate enquiry triage, QwikSweep may process Gmail message content, snippets, message previews, sender and recipient details, message timestamps, thread identifiers, labels, draft text, and structured enquiry fields derived from those messages.
How we use Gmail-derived data
QwikSweep uses Gmail-derived data to identify relevant enquiries, recommend the next action, sync Gmail labels, prepare draft replies, surface high-value opportunities, and keep enquiry history visible inside the workspace.
That historical enquiry history helps QwikSweep produce more accurate classifications and more useful draft context for the same connected workspace over time.
Agents remain responsible for reviewing outbound messages. QwikSweep does not auto-send: it sends only the displayed message version after the user explicitly authorizes it in the conversation.
Retention and deletion
QwikSweep may retain Gmail-derived records while the connected workflow remains active so the product can show enquiry history, labels, classifications, and draft context, and so it can use historical workspace data to improve thread-aware classification and draft preparation for that same workspace.
Unless a deletion request is made, Gmail-derived operational history may continue to be stored for the connected workspace while it is needed to run these features.
If you want Gmail-derived data removed, use the Gmail settings deletion path described on the Data deletion page. Workspace admins can remove Gmail-derived records from QwikSweep directly.
Security and access
Access to Gmail-derived data is limited to the application, authorized workspace users, and operational access required to maintain the service. We aim to store only the data needed to run the product workflow.
While no online system can guarantee absolute security, QwikSweep is designed to protect connected inbox data using standard application controls, restricted service access, and encrypted storage for integration secrets.
Third-party processing
QwikSweep may use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, store operational data, and process email content for classification and draft generation. That includes AI providers used to classify enquiries and prepare draft replies.
Those providers process Gmail-derived data only to deliver the feature requested by the connected workspace. The QwikSweep application—not the AI provider—validates and executes any explicitly approved send action.
